Located within the town centre of Merimbula, on the Far South Sapphire Coast of NSW our  Holiday Units/Apartments are set at the rear of the block behind our residence/reception, Accommodation is away from the road and passing traffic, thus providing a very quiet and tranquil holiday setting. For anyone requiring high speed wireless internet (WiFi) during their stay then Splash High (wifi site) Speed Wireless Internet is available at a small cost, or at a suitable time the office broadband can be accessed free of charge. A large range of DVD's is available from the office also free of charge.

Opposite the Tennis Courts and Police Station in Sapphire Coast drive, 100 meters from Merimbula (Bowling) Sapphire Club, 200 meters flat walk Merimbula shops, Merimbula Picture Show Cinema, Merimbula R.S.L  and Merimbula Restaurant's. Just a 10 minute easy walk to the waters edge of Merimbula Lake. Five minute drive to Merimbula main Beach, Bar Beach or Short Point. Our two magnificent golf courses, one at  Tura Beach Golf and the other at Pambula-Merimbula Golf are only 5 minutes by car. Being owner operated our livelihood is our business, our holiday apartments/units are CLEAN, QUIET, COMFORTABLE and are very AFFORDABLE. 

We have three Bus services from Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne that service Merimbula. Premier Bus Lines , V-Line  and NSW Countrylink all offer economical access to our town, and for the ones who wish to fly, we have our own Merimbula Airport that is serviced by REX Regional Express, Transfer to and from Bus or Plane by arrangement.
